Counselling can take time as meaningful change often develops through a trusted relationship with your therapist. A slower, more reflective process can give you space to understand yourself more deeply and make sense of how you experience the world.I offer 50-minute sessions, which to begin with are recommended weekly or fortnightly, so that we can build a steady foundation for exploration. There is no fixed ending; we will review our work regularly to see how things are progressing, and you can choose to end your counselling whenever you feel ready. If you'd like to learn more please book a free 20-minute chat with me to ask questions and find out more.

I re-trainined and completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Person Centred Counselling in Scotland in 2022, and am a registered member of the BACP, working with adults aged 18+. Returning to my Norfolk roots, previously volunteering in low-cost counselling agencies, I offer private practice in person and online. I attend regular clinical supervision and am committed to Continuing Professional Development. Both of which ensure my practice remains ethical and contemporary.
